Plan Management

The goal of the Plan Management Department is to support the administrative, educational, and employee needs of our client's benefits plan.

These services are customized to meet the needs of each client.

Plan & Contract Installation:
Handle all aspects of the enrollment process, from document preparation to employee meetings and administrative follow-up training.
Daily Task Support and Management:
Help individuals use their plan, assist with claims resolution, and direct to appropriate outside, non-employer sponsored resources.
Plan Sponsor (Employer) Services:
Act as a single point of contact and liaison between employer, employee, insurance carriers, and other administrative providers, processing all eligibility events and keeping detailed records of all plan activities.
Customized Management Tools:
We have specialized tools we've developed to help you run your plan, these tools include everything from enrollment packets, to new hire kits, to customized education pieces, newsletters, and training calendars.
